Happy New Year! Have you set your new year’s resolution starting January 1st or maybe February 1st? Most start a new year’s resolution in hopes of continuing it until next year; however, studies show that most people’s resolutions don’t last longer than a month or two. Here are some things to think about if you haven’t set your new year’s resolution yet:
Is it doable? Commit to something that is out of reach but can be reached with effort.
Are you committed? Set your mind to the fact that you are committing to this resolution.
What is going to be the lasting factor if achieved? Make sure you know what the positives of the resolution.
